Kool4U Stubby Coolers are made in Australia using top quality 5mm neoprene (wet suit material) to keep your drink cool and fresh for the longest time. Your design is printed in full colour on the white Poly Top side of the cooler and all printing is done by a sublimation process resulting in high definition printing of your images. Kool4U Stubby Coolers are double stitched with tape at the back and come with a thick non-slip rubber base and are durable and long lasting. We print on 2 types of coolers, a plain finish and an over lock stitched top and bottom type cooler. The price is the same for both types.

You have decided that our stubby holders are Kool4U…so what happens after you place your order?

1. Artwork and design

Depending on your design complexity and required due date your artwork and design in general takes about 2-3 days to be completed. We do offer a quick turnaround for urgent orders. So if you have a deadline to meet or have left it a bit late, just contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.  Our Artwork Dept will send you 2 sample designs, and allow you 1 change. Thereafter a $35.00 artwork fee will apply for any further changes.
If you wish to create your own design, we can send you our Stubby Cooler template.

2. Design approval and sign off

Once your design is approved we will start production. Please ensure you check your design carefully.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and just to put your mind at rest we’ve never had a client ask for a refund due to bad service or artwork they didn’t like.

3. Kool4U production

Unless your order is urgent, it can take 1-2 weeks depending on your quantity. We take into account the “Date Required” on your order form, so it’s essential to advise us of your required date.

4. Dispatch and delivery

As soon as your Kool4U order is dispatched, you will be advised of a Tracking Number with a link to track your parcel.  As we use a Courier Service and not Australia Post, please advise us of a street or business address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, or give us instructions to leave it at the front door. The Couriers do not re-deliver and will leave instructions where your parcel will be left for your collection.

Yes, you can have your own photo or any other image printed on your Kool4U Stubby Cooler. All printing is done by a sublimation process resulting in high definition printing of your images. Bearing this “high definition printing” in mind, if your photo or image is poor quality, that’s what you’ll get. We cannot guarantee clarity if the image you send us is poor or low resolution. You can upload your image/photo to our website in the online order form section.

Yes, for orders over 100, we can split your order into batches of 20 or 25 with different colours. For orders less than 100, give us a call and you may be lucky!

Orders are placed through our website online order form, which will capture your order request details and specific requirements, once reviewed by our Kool4U team you will be sent a quote with the total amount. Payment can be made via EFT (electronic funds transfer) and is required before commencement of any artwork. If you require to see your design before payment is received, it will contain our watermark over the design. Once payment is received we will send it to you without our watermark.

Our preferred method of receiving payment is by direct deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT). You can do so with our easy click and pay electronic invoicing that we will send to you.

We do not charge a set-up fee or any artwork fee, however, freight charges will apply. For Australian customers we use a variety of freight companies to obtain the cheapest freight cost for our clients.
For international customers we use Australia Post, this is the most cost and time effective way of transport without compromising the quality and final look of the product.

Yes you can, but there is an additional charge of $1.00 each for individual names as we have to set them up separately. Advise names in the Additional Comments section in the Online Order Form and we will include the additional charges in the quote you.

You can choose from any of our template for your design. Please quote the design number of the template you like and we’ll customise the text for you. Too easy!

If you wish to order stubby holders with one of our existing designs please provide the design number outlined on our website.

If you wish to order stubby holders with your own photo/design please send us the images with the following.
• Font style
• Content
• Date (if required)
• Logo (if required)
• Stubby holder background colour
• Street address for delivery
• Preferred address for delivery: someone available to sign for receipt of goods or Authority to leave, (ATL). Business address is preferable.

Pantone Colors – the process is a dye sublimation, it’s a digital image so there is no limit to the colours we can use, it can be simply a 1 x colour print or a full colour photograph.

We offer customised artwork free of charge when you order with Kool4U. This includes 1 design and one subsequent change. Existing template designs are free and can be customised with your content.

The preferred format is vector (ie Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, EPS, PDF), however we also accept Photoshop, high quality jpg and tiff formats, depending on the job.

If you are sending us a photo please make sure that it is min. 300dpi at the size to be printed or in plain English a high quality, crisp and sharp image!

The cost of freight depends on the quantity of the goods, destination and whether it’s standard or express post. Feel free to contact us for a quick quote via our contacts page or email: [email protected]

Once your order is approved, it is sent through to our factory and will be produced and dispatched in time for your “Date Required”. Our usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks after an order is placed and payment is received. In some cases urgent jobs can be manufactured quicker and posted via Express Post, but please contact us first. Delivery times vary per State and location, but to give you an idea, from time of shipment times are:

Brisbane – overnight to 1 day
Sydney – 1 to 2 days
Canberra – 1-2 days
Melbourne – 2 to 3 days
Adelaide – 3 to 4 days
Perth – 8 to 10 days.

Yes you can. Our factory is situated in Molendinar on the Gold Coast and business hours are:
Mon – Thurs 8:00am to 5:00pm and to 1:00pm on a Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
